AIRPORT Art Installation

Recently I installed seven massive artwork pieces at the airport that services the Yampa Valley and Steamboat Springs Colorado. This is a partnership to showcase incredible landscape and action sports imagery captured within the Yampa Valley to welcome guests and remind residents the beauty that exists in their backyard.
Over the past few years I saw an opportunity to partner with the airport and showcase my work to roughly a quarter million passengers each year. For over a decade the airport has showcased the artwork of renowned American nature and wildlife photographer Thomas D. Mangelsen, who has traveled the world for 50 years observing and photographing Earth's last great wild places. Recently his gallery location in Steamboat Springs closed it's doors, thus giving me an opportunity to refresh the airport space with new artwork alongside Mangelsen's amazing pieces.
Luckily I was able to hire local artwork installer Justin Sonnentag (a connection from Interior Designer Marie Fisher who I've worked with on some beautiful installations: http://www.VibeDesignCollective.com ). He streamlined the process dramatically, all in all the installation took around 6 hours. Justin is skilled in many different fields, to inquire about his services visit: https://app.minnect.com/expert/JustinSonnentag . As always, new connections open new doors, that's why I wanted to share their contact information as well if it might help you in any way.
The Yampa Valley Regional Airport (YVRA) currently has air service from United, Southwest, American, Delta, JetBlue and Alaska Airlines with direct flights to and from Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Newark, Washington DC, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, MInneapolis and Denver (with connections to 350 other destinations). With its non-stop flights connecting Steamboat Springs, Hayden, and the Yampa Valley to many parts of the world, YVRA continues to be the transportation heartbeat of the Valley and the gateway of choice to Steamboat Springs, Hayden, Craig and all of Northwest Colorado.
Enjoy your travels and I hope you're able to view these pieces in person soon! Thanks for all the support as always!
